1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Ground Control LLC trading as Ground Control ("Ground Control", "we", "us"), a New Hampshire limited liability company at 243 Pleasant Street, Unit 100, Concord, NH 03301.
These website terms are not the service agreement. If you hire Ground Control to answer your phone, a separate written Client Service Agreement governs that relationship, and where the two disagree, the Client Service Agreement wins.
2. What this website is
This site describes our answering and appointment booking service and lets you book a call with us. Information on it is provided in good faith and for general information. Pricing shown as a starting point is exactly that: your actual price depends on your call volume and is confirmed in writing before you start.
3. Booking a call
When you book a call you agree to give accurate contact details. We will use them to hold that call and to follow up about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
4. SMS program terms
Program description. Ground Control sends text messages relating to your enquiry, your scheduled call, and the service we provide. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you have asked, and service notifications about your account. We do not send marketing broadcasts to this list.
How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted when you book a call on this website, submit a form on this website, ask us to text you during a phone call, or text us first.
- Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and the service you receive.
- Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then nothing further.
- For help, reply HELP, or contact [email protected] or [PHONE].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our service without agreeing to receive text messages.
- Supported carriers may change without notice.

5. Call recording
Every call handled by Ground Control is recorded, and every caller is told so at the start of the call. New Hampshire and Massachusetts require all parties to consent to a recorded call, and the announcement is built into the telephone system and cannot be disabled.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to break the law, to interfere with the site or its security, to scrape or copy it systematically, or to submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and marks on this site belong to Ground Control or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish or resell them.
8. Third-party links and software
This site and our service reference third-party platforms such as scheduling and field service software. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or availability.
9. No warranty on website information
This website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every figure quoted on it will apply to your business. Statistics cited are attributed to their source and are included for context, not as a promise of results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ground Control is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from the answering service itself is governed by the Client Service Agreement, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
